Dear God, I woke up this morning thinking about when Godwriting first started. For quite a while, I addressed You as Heavenly Father, or Almighty Father, and now You are mostly God to me. I love to think of You as Father; that touches me very much, yet Heavenly Father, although it is accurate, now feels too easy to say, almost as if something in me is trying to flatter you, not quite, but almost.

I realize too that I have a certain reluctance to saying Almighty Father. I think I may feel a thread of fear when I think of You as Almighty, a kind of sense of: "I'd better be on my good behavior. I'd better watch out."

God:

God is good. Call Me by any name that feels good to you. Talking about Me and addressing Me are two different things to you. You feel self-conscious to call Me other than God. It is easier for you to think of Me as Heavenly Father than to address Me as Heavenly Father. It is easier for you to think of Me as Love or talk about Me as Love, but you just are not able to address Me by the word sound Love. Too casual. Too familiar a basis for your taste.

I have many names. One is Higher Power. That one doesn't quite suit you either. Too impersonal for you. Creator. The All. The All-Knowing. Creative Intelligence. The All-Powerful. The Omnipotent. The Omniscient. The All-Seeing One. The One. The All-That-There-Is. Our Father Who art in Heaven. Truth. The Prime Cause. The Divine Giver.

Then there are the names for Me in other languages. Dieu. Gott. Jahweh. All sweet names for the Unnamable.

The truth is that words do not do Me justice. Words cannot hold All that I am. Words are just snippets of Me. But of Me nevertheless.

You may want to think of Me as an All-Giving God, your All-Giving God. Does that feel right to you? But call Me God. Call Me what you will. Hallowed be My Name.

Gloria:

When I woke up this morning, God, I was also thinking about thoughts and what they are and what they do. I felt at the moment that I understood how thoughts are energy. Even a name is energy.

God:

Yes.

Gloria:

Sometimes I am consumed by thoughts. When I think of someone, sometimes it feels as though I am thinking their thoughts, or feeling their feelings. Like their energy is caught in me, or I'm caught up in theirs.

God:

A good example of energy back and forth would be judgment. Judgment is a mode of thought. When you judge someone, you are generating negative energy. What is given is received. You are taking on that which you judge.

Again and again I say: Get your thoughts back to Me. That is how you are uplifted. That is how you become neutral and immune to others' energies. That is how you keep pure energy.

Get caught up in My energy. Be consumed with that.

The other day you spoke of doing everything for Me. I will modestly make the point that I do everything for you. My every thought is of you, you My collective child. What else can My thoughts be on? You are My creation. I laid out everything for you. I created you whole. I gave you the universe. I gave you Myself. I gave you everything I could think of. I give you still.

Gloria:

In the last workshop, You said something about what we're talking about now. At that time, I was thinking very positive thoughts about someone in the room. And You said:

God:

Your thoughts reveal yourself. What you see in others are your qualities. What you feel with these others, that commonness, that mutuality, that is love.

That is how it will be when you have awareness of Me always. Nice easy quiet love, just light shining, just peacetime. You will feel Me sinking into your skin almost. You will feel the Oneness, and with that Oneness you cannot even conceive of something being the matter. You will not even know what matter is. Matter will not be separate.

You will feel yourself glued to Me, or I glued to you, and you will not know what separate means.

You will feel silence. Your thoughts will flow. You will read your thoughts as though they are going across a screen. You will not think your thoughts. You will know thoughts for what they are. Thoughts will not consume you; you will not be wracked with thoughts.

Thoughts will be more of listening. You will be in God-writing state all the time. A God-hearing state.

You will know truth without thought of it.

Just like you don't have to say, "Arm, move," you won't have to think thoughts.

Truth will come as its own ribbon.

Truth will unfurl, and you will simply see it.

We are keeping company, you and I. All My children and I. That is what We are doing.
