You sit in a horn of plenty and wonder where your wealth is.

You have everything at your fingertips, and yet you wonder why you are without. Certainly you are missing something. You are missing awareness. You are missing the awareness that wealth is not something that you receive as much as it is something you find in your pocket. You just had to reach in.

There is no difference between you and the millionaire. His pocket isn’t bigger. His reach may be bigger. His vision may be bigger, and therefore his grasp. He may have inherited money. He may have toiled for it. He may have invested. He may have had a brilliant idea. Somewhere his mind took a leap and landed him or kept him where he is. It is after all only money.

For those of you who work from dawn to dusk with little to show for it, this is hard to accept. Wealth may not have been your experience, and it may not be what you have observed.

Perhaps the world still holds the idea that there is only so much to go around. Perhaps it holds the idea that there will always be the rich and the poor. Perhaps the idea that there must be the poor in order for there to be the rich. Perhaps the idea that one has to deserve wealth in order to have it. Perhaps the idea that it is better not to have wealth. Perhaps the idea that you wouldn’t know what to do with it. Perhaps you fear the acquisition of wealth. Perhaps you think you are better off without it. Perhaps you think you are more virtuous or more responsible to struggle. Perhaps you think many things that are not true.

Perhaps you think it is simpler to be without because, along with the realization of wealth, comes responsibility. Perhaps you have been careless with money, and with wealth, you would have to take care.

We know that there is abundance that has nothing to do with money, but who said that you can’t have abundance of diverse kinds AND money.

If you have world wealth, it doesn’t mean you have denied someone wealth. It is the reverse. If you denied yourself wealth, you have denied someone else wealth. Whom are you not giving money to because you cannot afford to hire them?

The theme is not Money before all else. Nor is the theme Money for everyone else before you or Money for you after you have achieved everything else.

Perhaps you like the drama of not having lots of cash. Perhaps you turn your nose up at money. Perhaps you think you are too spiritual to be concerned with money. Perhaps you think you are better off without money. Perhaps you believe in impoverishment and impoverished countries.

If countries are your children, then you believe in some of your children more than you do others. What you picture comes to pass, or it continues to portray your vision.

Your next question may be, how can a country of dust and drought provide even food to its inhabitants? First of all, you don’t need to know the answers. The answers are beyond your vision now. You have gotten only so far as the questions.

If enough people on Earth picture a poor country in full wealth, if enough people believed in the wealth of that country, how long could the country stay poor? That poor country is an aspect of you, beloveds. Perhaps you create poor countries because you hold the concept that is the way to keep your country wealthy, that there is only so much money to go around. This is world proof, beloved, and you must go beyond that to Truth. To Truth you come, and wealth multiplied by the very generosity of your mind.
