You Are a Sculptor of the Universe

God said:

Would I, a God of Love, create less than love? How could I? I gave you, My Children, free will, and that includes the ability to think as you will, even when you are mistaken.

I made a beautiful soup for you. It was perfect. Experimenter as you are, you added ingredients to the soup. You wanted to try out different things. And so the soup became muddied. You came to bemoan the soup. You said, "How could God make such a soup?"

In time, you came to believe that this soup was always so. The soup still had all its good ingredients, and yet you had added items that really didn't belong in the soup, and you didn't know how to remove them and you blamed Me. "How could You, God!" you cried out.

You have considered leaving the body a bad thing instead of a good thing, and so you have built an altar to the wrongness of death and called death sad, terrible and so forth. You have pounded your fists on your breast. An unnatural feeling grew in your heart. You accepted everything you heard from those before who had wandered into a desert of thought, where words like "thirst" and "hunger" and "despair" and "anger" and such grew. The befuddlement inside hearts perpetrated itself outside where everyone saw it.

I know you don't believe it, but when so many people in the world think different thoughts, they will feel differently, and the world will transform itself before your very eyes. I know you don't believe Me, for if you believed Me, the world would already have changed right before your eyes.

It is like you are the operator of a crane. At any moment, you can lift a lever, and the crane will lift debris. At any moment, you can push down on a lever, and the crane will drop new building blocks. As a crane operator, you hold an important position. The levers I refer to are the thoughts in your mind and the feelings imported in your heart.

I will take the crane operator metaphor higher. As crane operator, you can lift the world to Heaven, or you can lower the world to the ground. Or you can smoke a cigarette, and leave things as they are.

The crane equates to your thoughts, beloved. You may feel powerless to change anything, and yet the whole state of the world depends on you. You have bought history, and you have accepted certain unlikable conditions as inevitable. You have been influenced broadly and deeply. Now let your thinking influence others in other ways.

A little drop of food color in water changes the whole complexion of the water. By your thoughts, you can make a Red Sea, or you can make a Red Sea clear drinking water. Why not?

I am telling you that you are a support of the world. Your mind reaches far. Your happiness or unhappiness reaches far. You are a sculptor of the Universe. All great sculpture is created in the mind and heart of the artist before he chips at the stone. All great art is envisioned consciously or unconsciously before the oils are put to the canvas. You, you who are here right before Me, can change the whole appearance of the world by changing your thinking. You can create what you think. You have been doing so right along.

You see lifting up the world as an enormous task, and, in your heart, you give up. Have you forgotten that I am with you? Together We break boundaries of the world. Your thoughts and My thoughts are strong shoulders that can knock down any door. Only Our thoughts do their work gently in the way lapping water on the shore polishes a stone.

Sounds so beautiful!

Hi Karen...it sounds so beautiful. You must be an artist. I am too! I just finished making a "necklace" from ripe juniper berries. They fall almost year round from Juniper trees that surround our house. When they fall on the ground, they are a gorgeous almost silver light sky blue. When they are on the tree, they are more plump and surreal shades of blue-green. God is the real artist...I just notice this...and do a little rearranging! ha ha. Loving you, Jim.
