What Do You Say "So What!" To?

God said:

Do you realize that you live on Earth where birds are singing, moisture is in the air, and growing greenery rises to the sun, and each day heralds the dawning of life? What is there to be unhappy about when such a creation as this exists? My children, you are in the Garden of Eden. Lush is the universe, and there is nothing you have to do but receive. All has been given to you to wrest joy from. You do not even have to wrest joy, just be open to the possibility of it. Be open to the possibility that joy is inviting you right now to come to her. Joy has her arms out wide to receive you. Perhaps you have whizzed past.

There is a hush to the universe. Perhaps your thoughts have been racing and unmindful of the hushing silence of creation. Perhaps the unsilence you hear is no more than your own thoughts whirring at breakneck speed, preventing you from hearing the silence of creation, the surging silence of creation on this day of innocence that stands quietly before you, like angel wings opening to delight you.

What if today is really an angel before you who unfolds her wings?

What if you have misunderstood everything until this day?

Many times you have thought you were serving a life sentence on Earth when you were really being given the chance of a lifetime. You have your life before you right now. Pick up your life today as if it were a bejeweled crown of magnificence, fit to your measurements. Do not be miscreant about life, for it is the treasure of the world, and the treasure is yours.

Life has been handed to you on a golden platter. The sun is a golden platter pouring golden light upon you, aimed at you so that you may see the remarkable creation spread before you, creation meant just for you to enter joyously. Enter this day. The rainbow gates are wide open. There is no closing them.

Perhaps you are feeling now that this beauty I speak of is all well and good and you say, "So what? So what, God, if there is all this hushing silence and golden sun and angel wings? So what? I'm here on Earth, and I tell you it's no picnic. Garden of Eden indeed! So what, all the beauty and light? So what, all the possibilities? I'm nailed here. I can't get away. There is no breathing place away from here. I cannot hide and yet I am not in sight. Who sees me, God, really? I'm just another thing in the way, and You speak to me in melodious words, while my heart aches. What does beauty such as You describe have to do with me? I am being honest, God. I don't want placebos or pretty words. Help me now."

I suggest to you that you reverse your thinking. Instead of saying "So what" to the beauty, say "So what" to the disturbances of it. A great gift of life has been tendered before you. Say "So what" to the wrappings. Say "so what" to the problems. Toss them aside as you would an apple peel. Say "so what" to obstacles. Say "So what" to rainy days. But do not say "So what" to beauty and the creation of My heart that I have set before you.

Perhaps you will find a way to say, "Thank You, God! Thank You for life. Thank You for teaching me to see the beauty and to say "so what" to those ravaged thoughts that would interfere with my appreciation of Your handiwork."

Do you hear Me now? I am saying to you, "So what, everything! I am here!"

Beloved Kathleen, what a great Heavenletter you are reminding us of. How did you find it, dear one? Was it through the Cosmic Wow Generator?

God bless you.

With love,

Wow, that is such a powerful

Wow, that is such a powerful and transforming Heavenletter.
Thanks to whoever put the link on the end of Heaven news that guided me here...
This is the kind of Heavenletter that I would love to forward to friends. How about an 'email this Heavenletter' button on the archived Heavenletters?
And thank you so much for the Cosmic Wow Generator. A moment ago I used it and it spoke so directly to a situation that arose last night in a sharing circle I run that I emailed it to the participants (by cutting and pasting it!)
By the way, Gloria (if you're reading this!) - I would be interested in organising Godwriting workshops for you in the UK if you ever felt guided to come this way, to London or beyond...
In gratitude for all that you do,
Sarita

AND it might be nice to flag this up! :-)

Beloved Sarita, where have

Beloved Sarita, where have you been all these years. You have GREAT ideas.

How did you find Heavenletters, by the way?

I read every post, Sarita. I wouldn't miss even one. It is one of my greatest joys to read and and learn from the beautiful people who post on this forum.

The volunteer tech angels work so hard for Heavenletters. I will ask Heaven Admin if he can fit in doing the button you suggest. Of course, nothing stopped you!

Sarita, do you subscribe to Heavenletters? Then it's really easy to send Heavenletters to friends and have them subscribe.

Of course, I would very much like to be part of a Godwriting workshop in London!!!

Maybe it's all accomplished now, and we just don't know the details of when and how. Surely if we desire it, the way will come.

You don't have to be logged in or registered to post here. Anyone who starts a post and then goes somewhere else on the web site MAY lose what they already wrote.

In fact, I believe Heaven Admin added that warning because, at the time, I was losing my half-written messages right and left!

Now let me see what other wonderful things you have posted!

Do you hear Me now?

This Heavenletter is amazingly beautiful and perfect for all illusions that seem to dim our light and love. Thanks indeed for this most heavenly reminder !!!

Do you hear Me now? I am saying to you, "So what, everything! I am here!"

Love
Berit

How happy we are that you

How happy we are that you are back, beloved Berit!

And, yes, this is such a wonderful quotation!
