Unsubscribing- Please?

At the bottom of the letters it states to unsubscribe email: unsubscribe [at] heavenletters [dot] org - However, that is invalid as I keep getting the email requests back undeliverable.
Then, I send an email request to the Contact Us area and get the following:

Dear Friend,

Thank you for writing. Lets see if we can point you in the right direction
about this email enquiry.

Based on many of the emails we receive, most enquiries are about the
following...

How do I subscribe?/ Please subscribe me...
To subscribe to Heavenletters and receive them daily via email please
visit:

*** This is almost COMICAL! *** I AM REQUESTING TO BE UNSUBSCRIBED! AND I GET AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE TELLING ME THAT MOST PEOPLE EMAIL BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SUBSCRIBE!!! Will SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME UNSUBSCRIBE? Please?

Your experience with unsubscribing is very much like the difficulties I have with the computer! I wrote a blog about how in the old days in suspense movies the husband would pull tricks on his wife in an attempt to drive her crazy so he could collect all the money! Not it's computer programs that try to do the job.
