stillness

Look at the Stars

God said:

Let's have a lazy day today, you and I. Let's lie awhile on a white cloud and ponder the blue skies and Heaven and Earth. Let's be serene today with nothing on Our minds except how nice it is to be together in the Oneness of Love. How nice it is just to be. Nothing to have to do, nothing to take care of, to just be love escalating and revolving throughout the Universe.

Let Us just recline today. Let's let the world take care of itself today. Everything is lined up, and everything will appear on cue.

Everything in the Universe Is Yours

God said:

You do not see the path you are walking on. You may not even know you are walking on a path, yet you are not pathless. You are following a course on Earth, perceptible or imperceptible as it may be.

Does the Earth that orbits the sun know it follows an orbit? An orbit does not have to be named or known in order to be followed. You are orbiting Heaven, beloveds. Of course you are. What else could you be doing?

When You Are Perfectly Still

God said:

All is in stillness. Nothing is stirring, not even a mouse. There is stillness within stillness. And even when a leaf dances, it dances in stillness. Even in movement, the leaf is still. And you who watch the leaf, even if you are jumping up and down, you are also stillness. You are Being, and Being by its every nature is still. Even within a hurricane, there is stillness. Of course, within you, stillness reigns supreme.

The Serenity of God

God said:

Serenity is not something you have to seek. It is already yours.

What is more serene than the moon that reflects the Sun?

When you go to bed at night, the moon is in one place, and when you wake in the morning it is in another, and in its movement from one sweep of the world to the next, it is as serene as a swan. The moon knows where it is going. It knows its direction. It just falls into it.

Oneness, Oneness, Oneness

God said:

"As God is my witness..."

You witness Me, and I witness you. We are a testament to each other, even though there is no other.

And what do We witness but love? All the day long, I see love. I see love rolling itself up like a flag and then unfurling and reaching further, reaching all the way to Heaven and then back again.
