can you please tell me what are the 'switcheroos' mentioned in this quote from Heaven #2929:

Switcheroo means the same as switching. It's a fun way to say it.
Right now we may not be constant stars. We blink on and off. When we become constant stars, there will no longer be blinking. We will stay on all the time.
