HEAVEN #1943 Miracles March 18, 2006

God said:

Miracles are the natural unwinding of life on Earth. Miracles are ordinary events that take you by surprise. And they are favorable. They are in line with what you desire even when you were not consciously aware of your desire. When you notice a miracle, you are overjoyed. You like miracles. You have a very positive attitude toward them. You are thrilled that such a series of events can happen before your very eyes and be so beautiful.

When a series of events converge, and there is a car accident perhaps, and people are injured, maimed, or killed perhaps, you do not call that miracle. Even when the events leading to the accident are unprecedented, you call it tragedy, not miracle. So miracles are positive events that lift your heart enormously and most likely were not anticipated.

You do not call sunsets and sunrises miracles because you expect them. You don't call stars that you see from such a distance of time and space as miracles because they occur nightly. You may note the birth of a baby as a miracle, but since births happen so often, they are announced on the back page of the paper rather than on the front page.

So miracles are unexpected good fortune. They are spontaneous. They are incredibly beautiful and incredibly surprising.

Now I suggest that you anticipate miracles, beloveds. Why aren't your antennae already attuned to pick up miracles at close and far range?
Why aren't you looking for miracles right and left?

Perhaps you do not think you are worthy of them. Perhaps you persist in seeing yourself as someone unworthy of miracles. "Why would I be singled out for miracles?" you ask yourself. The thing is, beloveds, you are not singled out. Or, if you are, everyone is singled out, for everyone is meant for miracles.

Be on the outlook for them. Be open to them. But do not demand them.
Do not prescribe which miracles must occur. Do not write directives for which miracles must occur and what they must look like. You do not have to win the lottery. A certain Prince Charming does not have to arrive.
Someone's life does not have to be saved. Be open to the essence of miracle-ness.

You cannot hold on tight to the blossoming of miracles. You can only be open to their blossoming. Carry with you a sense of miracle, but do not carry it as a photograph in your mind that life must match.

Be the miracle, beloveds. Be that unexpected joy wherever you are.
Be the bringer of happiness. By your very Being, bring happiness. Miracles are great possibilities that manifest. You are possible of many things. May all the possibilities of you manifest. May miracles occur through you.

I am not asking you to lower your standards of miracles. I am asking you to rise to your full height. I ask you to believe in miracles and the possibility that you can manifest them, not that you have to, but that you hold the God-given miracle talent within you.

If you saw a full-fledged angel right now, you would be overjoyed.
And you would want more. You would want to see more angels. You would want to be in their constant company.

You will always be wanting more and more. There is a reason for that. You are to have more and more. There is more within you. You are to have it.. And if you are to have it, you are also to give it.

You are in the presence of angels. The angel you most seek is within you. Angels on Earth create miracles. You are not separate from angels.

Angels leave miracles in their wake the same way the train of a bridal gown trails after the bride.
