Can you imagine a world without music? Then be sure to enjoy music.

Can you imagine a world without color? Then be sure to enjoy color.

A world without laughter? A world without children? A world without fun?

Then enjoy everything.

Can you imagine a world without day skies and night stars and a moon loving you?

Can you imagine a world without shrubs and trees? A world without sweet-smelling flowers?

What about a world without animals? Too awful to think about, isn't it?

What about rain? What would you think of a world without rain? You may have wished it would not rain, yet, deep down, how much you love rain and would miss it if it were not. Beloveds, you love wetness. You love dew on the grass, the sun shining on it.

Even dirt you love, dust you love. You may like the idea of a world without dust, but then where would the joy of wiping dust off a table and making something shine be — where would that joy be then?

Even a mosquito. You don't love mosquitoes. You don't love swatting them, and yet, if there were no mosquitoes, this minute you can feel that the world would be less without one single mosquito in it.

Let's face it, beloveds. Contrary to what you might say, you love the world. How could you not love the world? When it really comes right down to it, admit that you are one who loves. You may grouch and grumble all you want, yet you are someone who loves. There is no getting away from it. You may even love that which you grouch and grumble about. How precious to you is this life I have given you! How precious is even one drop of water! How precious are you!

Were you not on Earth, the world would be less. As it is, the world is blessed to have you. What I bless has to be a blessing. You are not able to see this, I understand, yet it is so. Every single being on Earth, no matter what your personal opinion may be, is a blessing of Mine on Earth.

Will you begin now to see the world for the blessing that it is? Will you concede that the world is a wonderful place, that despite everything, it is a Heaven on Earth, and that you are privileged to live here? This is a vacation, beloveds, and you will experience life here as a blessing and as a vacation when you do not grouse so much and take life so seriously. That is just the thing. When you are on a vacation, you do not take life so seriously. You know you are where you are for the purpose of enjoying. That is good awareness to have.

Just think what it would be like to view today as a vacation. Even as you go off to work, you might well have a different feeling about it. You can set up your brain waves so you will, indeed, have a good time at work. You can do it. I know you can do it.

Even as you go off to school, you can encourage yourself to go and yet take a day off at the same time. A score you get on a test will not be life or death to you. You may care, yet a score will not make or break your day, for you are, after all, on vacation. You are on vacation from ordinariness.

I think you have had enough of the mundane and are now ready for a different kind of day, a day where you are alive and My wishes come true.
