All the Blossoming That Spring Brings

God said:

You know how unexpectedly a tree blooms, a flower buds, and a new dandelion pops up. You may have been waiting for a tree to bloom and a flower to bud and expect new dandelions to pop up, yet each time it is sudden, and it is a surprise.

That is just how you are, beloveds. Pay attention and you will see that you are a surprise a minute. You are just one way, and then you are another. New aspects of you suddenly appear, suddenly bud, and there you are. You are a spring flower, and with you, there is only spring and all the blossoming that spring brings.

You are like the sun rising over the horizon every morning.

You are a recipe you thought of and are making for the first time.

You are a golden surprise.

If you have not surprised yourself lately, surprise yourself now. What have you been keeping in a cupboard or a closet? What aspect of yourself is still hidden there? What have you never worn, yet it is yours, stuck away? Get dressed in it and step out. What do you have up your sleeve, beloveds?

Let not one leaf of the flower that you are be kept out of the sunshine. Let not one blossom of you be unpicked.

If you want to dance, dance. If you want to sing, sing. Whatever you may have never done before or have not done in a long time, and you have even a tiny thread of desire, now is the time to bring it out into the sunshine.

In terms of the relative, you cannot be everything you can be, and yet you can be more than you have yet brought into the light of day.

Maybe you are a writer, a musician, a composer, a dancer, and a choreographer all rolled into one. Maybe you can be a responsible person and a free spirit as well. Maybe you can stay a free spirit and be a responsible person at the same time. There is nothing you cannot be. Okay, I accept, you cannot blossom into every flower under the sun, but yet you can be more than one. There are aspects of you that are ready to bloom.

A piano has many notes. You can't play them all at once. And yet there may be notes you have never played, and now you want to play them, and now's your time. Just sit down and play.

You are a Being who expresses. What have you long not expressed?

Perhaps you want to leave one role for another. Who says you can't? Perhaps you have been someone who stars behind the scenes, and now you want to be on stage? Or vice versa. No one says you must take on a new role, but maybe a new role within you is bursting to come out.

You can sing any song you want. No need to wait for permission. No need to wait for urging or coaxing. Just be ready to open the cage and let out the birds who are eager to fly. Have you been keeping them back? Have you perhaps been withholding yourself from yourself?

What do you want to do right now that you may have never done before or have not done in a long time? What keeps you from the joy? And why would you let it?

If you want to howl at the moon, go ahead and howl at the moon. Maybe you want to adopt a child. So, go ahead, why don't you do it? Or maybe you want to surprise someone in a lovely way. Stop what you're doing right now, and go ahead and do it.

Fried green tomatoes

WOW!!!! What a pithy HEAVENLETTER!
I'm a writer, composer, artist, teacher, and many things.
I meant to say: "I AM" is all those things. After my 84th birthday I'm gonna really practice.
Today for lunch I said "I'll fix those green tomatoes a friend gave me at church Sunday.
I'm from the North and never did such a thing before but I sliced them, put them in a frying pan with lots of butter.
I mean, how hard can it be to fry green tomatoes? When they had just started frying, another friend called so I asked;
"How long do you fry green tomatoes?" She said "You just dip them in flower, then dust them with corn meal, salt them and you can tell when they get brown." I madly searched my shelves, and found no flower or corn meal but I did find oatmeal. The instant kind. I took the hot lid off my green tomatoes, covered them with oatmeal, cooked them till they were brown, turned them over covered them with more oatmeal and cooked them till brown. By then I was hungry. Oh, I forgot to tell you, I never learned to cook anything until I was 83 but they didn't smell bad and how different can corn meal be from oatmeal?.
God's such a Kick. He didn't blink when I dished up the stuff. I think I just composed a new thing. It turned out delicious (to me) and I ended up scrapping the bowl for more. It actually had a cinnamon flavor. You see, as this darling letter tells us: "You are a Being who expresses. What have you long not expressed?" In conclusion, I'm gonna buy some flour and corn meal.

Suddenly bud there you are
A golden surprise

God said to pop up
And go ahead and do it
Now's your time to play

Love, Light and Aloha!

Your words sing the song of HIS HEART
I love the way you say it.

You are a Being who expresses. What have you long not expressed?

Sweet Writer of ALL THE BLOSSOMS THAT SPRING BRINGS.
You put into words "What Dreams May Come". You bring a New Song into my heart with your precious words.
I don't even think about it and out pops a song, a melody, a dance (at 83 it's a pounce). You have no way of knowing what this HeavenLetter speaks into my heart. I suppose I'll go out tonight and howl at the moon or purr at my next door Llamss.
Everything is brightened by your words, (yes, I know they really are HIS.) But they come via your fingers. I want you to sense their POWER and fragrance! We all are enriched by them.
George the howler
