The One Source and the One Heart

John M. to Heavenletters:

God's reply to the August 1, 2000, questioner was so beautiful. I was startled to see God give the same message that my teacher gives. No doubt it is the same message because it comes from the same Source to the same Heart.

God to John M.:

Be not startled, for you know the one Source and the one Heart, and how they emanate to and from you. Be satisfied.

Gloria to God:

Dear God, I would love to be as accepting as You are. It is clear that nothing bothers You. Our ignorance just makes You kinder. Our arrogance you greet with love. Our smallness doesn't shake You. You are acceptance. Is acceptance the same as peace?

God:

Peace comes first, though it is very close. If you have acceptance, you have peace. If you have peace, you have acceptance. Peace makes all things possible. True acceptance is peace. It is "seeing the light". How your language expresses truth in sayings that you no longer really hear.

With understanding comes acceptance and peace. Understanding with the heart. Does peace come from understanding from the intellect? Sometimes it does. Sometimes the intellect lets peace in.

There is a certain peace when you solve a scientific problem, let Us say. There is a resolution, and you lean back and breathe. You saw the resolution, or it came to you.

I see the resolution of everything. I am far-seeing. I know that struggle is a kind of diversion. I know that the ills of the world are a temporary cover for the wondrousness of the divine.

There is only truth. There is only light. Anything else is like a doodle on paper. Nothing more.

Peace conferences in the world go on.

From anxiety and tension come peace conferences.

Confer with Me. Send My light to those conferences.

Countries arm in the name of peace.

Foolish children think that bombs protect.

Bombs protest.

Unlike the world, it is never My desire to prove Myself right and another wrong.

My desire is to bring you to truth where there is no right or wrong, where there is no world power or powers, no justification, no squabbles, no supremacy but that of truth.

Gloria:

God, is everything in the relative a waste of time?

God:

No. But everything in the relative is temporary. Temporary all except love. Love continues. Never wasted. Not show of love am I talking about, but sweetness of love I speak of. Love, exquisite light.

Gloria:

I feel true love for You, dear God. In the relative, I may love, but it is a different kind of love, the love in the relative. Mostly my love for people is kind of up and down love. I may not always feel Our love, but even in those times I know I am not seeing far enough beyond my immediacy. Even in those times, I am still aware that Your love is, even though I am absorbed in something else away from Your love. My love for You is greater when I find You. My love in the relative seems to be greater in loss.

God:

You mean you appreciate a loved one more when they are not present, and you love Me more when you are aware of My presence.

Gloria:

My appreciation of loved ones seems to be greater in their absence. In their death, greatest.

God:

There is interference of love when you think of another as a body. When a loved one's body is away or has passed on, you focus more on the love. Learn to focus more on the love when someone is present. Be not distracted from the awareness of love. Think of Me, and more love will come to you, from within and without.

Focus in your day to day life on what you must focus on. Add up your column of figures and enter data. In between such duties, let Me enter your thought. Take God breaks. Consider Me the beads you wear upon your neck and twirl with your fingers. Consider Me the watch you look at. Consider Me a star behind you that shines on you. Consider Me a bird on your shoulder that makes you notice it. Consider Me the hair on your head that your hand goes over. Consider Me.

My love is pure. Pure means not dependent on anything but itself. My love is. No more to be said. The more you embrace My love, the purer becomes your own. Pure love knows only itself. And My pure love exists within you.

Love can only know itself, for there is no other.

Value yourself more, and you will value all others more.

I am the meeting point of love.

Julie to Heavenletters:

Wow is all I can say. What eloquence! My hat is off to Bev. She was truly inspired by our God.

Linda M. to Heavenletters:

Dear Gloria, my daughter is seven and going into second grade. She is intelligent, bright, loves sports. I want her to feel God more in her life. I need more of God in my life, too.

I need to get my priorities straight and my life in balance. When I was teaching, especially the last two months before summer vacation, my life was so overbooked that I did not take the time to let myself become immersed with Heaven and what Heaven has to offer. I feel that my consciousness at the time was not totally open to the beauty and goodness of Heaven. The other night, I spent nearly an hour and a half reading some of the backed-up Heavenletters that I received when I was away on a holiday. I am more open now. I never doubted their worth, but did not let them envelop me.

And I must comment on Bev's letter to Oprah. It could not have been any better! Its contents spoke the truth that came from her heart. I hope that I will be able to make my letter to Oprah stand out. If you have any suggestions for my letter, I will accept them with an open heart. Should you choose to remain silent, I'll see what I can do. Honestly, Gloria, cast the modesty aside and let yourself be destined for greatness.

God to Linda:

You are moving right along. Your daughter will absorb your love for Me. You are a rose opening, dear Linda. All you can do now is open.

As for Gloria's modesty, I teach her that, and she learns well. I appreciate your encouraging Gloria, but all she does is to try to catch up to My will. My greatness belongs to everyone. And yet the power and the glory are Mine.
