Come to Know Yourself

God said:

When you feel anxiety-ridden, you have chosen to reprimand yourself for something. You reprimand yourself for an action or inaction. You always find reasons for the growth of your anxiety, yet anxiety is of your own making.

You say you want to be free of anxiety. Why then aren't you free of it?

If You Could Be Anyone

God said:

If you could be anyone you wanted to be today, who would you be? And why?

If you could have written any book in the world, which one would you choose?

What song would you like to have written?

Whose singing voice would you like to have?

If you could live anywhere in space and time, where and when would you live?

If you could change one thing about where you live, what would it be?

If I were to offer you one wish, not for the world, but for yourself personally, what would it be?

Know Thyself

God said:

I love to hear My name from your lips. An utterance formed by your heart, issued by the mind, tongue and lips. You call for Me, and I am already here, but I turn My face towards you fully, and We look into each other's eyes.

Sometimes you do not see Me. Your heart flails, and you say, "God, where are You?" And all the time I am right here, square in front of you, square in your consciousness.

Despite your distractions, your heart and mind are much directed toward Me. Some kind of awareness of Me is always with you. You may know it as longing as much as you know it as fulfillment.
