Sample Letter for a Cancelled Tithe

This is my basic response to people who cancel their tithe:

(Nancy, if you want help in making a signature, maybe I can show you. The only thing is we have different programs. You have Vista, am I right, and I have EXP. It's possible signatures work the same, but I don't know. By the way, have you found a way to get graphics to show?)
As you will see, in my response to Catherine's nice note, I wrote some personal things I would not typically. I have learned the hard way to avoid getting personal, and I made an exception here, and ask you not to!
This is the first time someone who had been tithing to Heavenletters and stopped – came back!
The person doesn't notify me. A notice comes from Paypal saying there has been a cancellation. You can see it below.
