Accidental Subscription Cancellation
Beloved Nancy, do you have a sample of response to not receiving Heavenletters?
Here's a note I sent to Santhan right after this one. When you start taking over subscribing people in such situations, this is something to be on the watch for.

The data base shows 167 subscribers to the French language.
Yet only 137 are sent!
I went through, page by page, and found only 4 or 5 zeroes!
On the second time through the French pages, I found Normand with a zero waiting for opt-in. I changed that to active, of course.
Why would he be opt-in when I subscribed him?
Oh, the joys of being a web master!

It seems that my name has been accidentally removed from the list of both the french and english HL subscribers. For the past two days, I haven’t received HL either in French nor in English.
