You can not post to the message board by email. Sorry. But the software allows several email options. Some of them you can find if you click on "Profile". You will find:

Always notify me of replies:
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.

Check yes and an email will drop into your inbox if someone replys to a post of yours. An other option is:

Notify on new Private Message

So what is that? If you click on "Members List" you will see two icons. One is PM (Private Message). You can send privat messages to users of the board. There will be an notification about new messages in the link bar above the HeavenLetters logo. It shows You have no new messages if there are none and will change to something like "you have xxx new messages" if you have new ones. If you check yes, you will get an email, if someone send an PM to you.

Also in the "Members List" you can send emails to members.

An other email function, if you go into a topic you will see a link in the below right corner "Watch this topic for replies". If you click on it you will get an email, if someone posts an article. The last one, if you write an article, you will find a check box below the input field "Notify me when a reply is posted". Self explaining. Or?
