Gloria to God:

Dear God, I came across a book at the bookstore, and the author posed the question: "Is it possible that all the attention put on outer rewards rather than inner has denied our children their inner motivation?

Dear God, is inner motivation the same as You?

God:

Yes. Is not inner motivation your heart? And am I not your heart? Am I not the flow of it? Am I not the designer of your life?

Could you keep on Godwriting for outer reward? Would the outer sustain you?

And so the insignificance of grades in school.

So the insignificance of outer judgment.

All judgment is outer.

The heart does not judge.

The heart asks: Where now?

The only trail to follow is your heart.

Step in your own footsteps, not in others' judgments.

The heart is a good hunter.

The heart is stalwart.

The heart is not a kitten to be fed to which someone says, "Kitty, kitty, come get this."

The heart seeks its own self.

The deeper heart seeks its depth.

Its depth is its expansion.

The deeper, the farther.

The deeper, the greater.

The deeper, the inmost.

I am the Motivator.

I am the Motivation that fulfills itself.

Judgers, beware.

And judge not your own heart.

Whim is not heart.

Feeling this way or that is not heart.

Heart is a strong forger.

It moves you forward.

It does not keep you in place.

It moves you closer to Me.

Your heart breaks you out of boundaries.

The heart does not make boundaries.

The heart is an avenue.

It is a stream.

It is a great river.

It is a great ocean.

Your heart leads to the Heavens.

It pulls you up.

It takes you to the stars.

The Sun is your heart's magnet.

You are pulled to great things.

You have no chance against it.

The question is when?

Your heart has its course set.

It has set its own course.

When do you accede to it?

When do you allow the flower that you are to blossom?

When do you say Yes.

When do you follow the flow of your heart?

When do you look into My eyes and say, "Father. Father, what is Your blessing for me now?

"What willest thou?

"Father, I find my heart in Yours.

"I find that my heart is Yours.

"It never was mine.

"My heart was always greater than I imagined.

"I imagined it was My heart.

"Now I find truth.

"Your heart is in mine.

"You have entrusted Your heart to me.

"I must entrust my heart to You.

"It was never mine.

"I had a concept that was not valid.

"I know that now.

"My heart is the ocean You pump.

"The valves of my heart are Your love.

"The tempo of my heart is Your tempo.

"My heart is nothing without You.

"I am nothing without You.

"My alignment is with You.

"I align with You.

"You do not align with me.

"I accept Your heart.

"It will course through me.

"Your heart strengthens my eyes.

"You clear my head.

"No longer do I deny You or my worth to You.

"I am worth something to You.

"Isn't that amazing?

"You are My worth, and You find me worthy.

"You are an impossible God to conceive.

"But You conceived me and love my littleness.

"You, Who are great, love even me, as I am.

"If I could but accept Your love, then I too would be great.

"It would be great to accept Your love.

"How can I refuse it?

"I cannot.

"So, pour Your love over me, and I will drink it, and I will share it, and I will know it, Your love for me."

Nancy L. to God and Nancy O.:

Dear God, thank You and Nancy O. for yesterday's, November 9's wonderful question and Your answer that all of us can put to use in our dealings with people. And, thank You, God, for your understanding and patience with all of us.

God to Nancy:

It is easy for Me to love My children.

Nancy O. to God:

Dear God, thank You, for You have given me much to think about and strive for. My staff enjoy working with me, so I think I am doing many of the things you suggest, but there are many others who would enjoy my slowing down. It is kind of funny, since I have slowed down a lot in comparison to former years, but I have further to go. Thank You for loving me and, yes, I will share Your love more faithfully because we are here together and You are supreme.

Your humble and loving daughter, Nancy O.

God to Nancy O.:

It is not so much that you strive for something, My beloved Nancy, as it is for you to let go. It is not so much for you to slow down as to know that everyone does not see as quickly as you do or the way you do. It is not so much for you to slow down as it is to give more of your responsibility to others, and, above all, to Me. Let go, My dear Nancy.

Tina to God:

Dear God, I loved the November 7 Heavenletter. (I vote for it for the book.) How utterly divine that these words would appear to us on Election Day! "Certainly you have preferences…So long as you have to uphold your preferences as right, there will be battles. So long as you have to win, there will be those that lose."

During presidential elections, we get so focused on polarization. I wonder why the winner in this particular election has been harder to discern. Are we witnessing the seeds of a win-win political situation where there is no clear loser? Is inclusiveness, rather than justice and oppositional control battles, beginning to manifest in our political arena?

If so, thank You, dear God.

God to Tina:

Beloved Tina, your viewpoint may be true. Or it may not. The wonderful thing is how you are looking at it, dear one. You are looking to see the good. Your attention is on the good. And you are looking to Me. Inclusiveness is closer to Oneness than exclusiveness. You may be on to something, dear Tina.

I, Myself, of course, stay out of politics.
