Thy Will be done - aramaic translation

The interesting thing about the scary "Thy Will be done" part is how the prayer translates directly from the Aramaic. Although the there are so many different subtle different shades of meaning to the words, as translated by Dr. Neil Douglas Klotz, they form very different thoughts. Not so scary. Here's the common translation and the translation direct from Aramaic:

(Our Father, who art in heaven) O Breathing Life, your Name shines everywhere!

(Hallowed be thy name.) Release a space to plant your Presence here.

(Thy Kingdom come) Envision your “I can” now

(Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.) Embody your desire in every light and form.

(Give us this day our daily bread,) Grow through us this moment’s bread and insight.

(And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who have trespassed against us.) Unite the knots of failure binding us, as we release the strands we hold of other’s faults.

(And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from all Evil.) Help us not forget our Source, yet free us from [all unripeness] of not being in the present.

(For Thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory forever.) From you arises every Vision, Power, and Song from gathering to gathering.

(Amen.) Amen. May our future actions grown from here.

We are Light, We are One. K. Malama
