Diane to God:

Dear God, I had such a wonderful experience yesterday I must share it.

First of all, I want to acknowledge Heaven for being such a potent reminder to ask You. I have been asking to really know, in my heart, that all is well and that I am loved and that everything is as it should be. I have been asking to be open and receptive.

Walking in the woods yesterday, it came to me that I have never completely put myself in Your hands like I had so completely put little Molly in Your hands. In the moment I realized this, I felt myself let go into Your care.

Then very quickly it came to me that I have been putting my complete happiness on hold until I feel totally at peace with Molly's passing. And yet what I learned from my experience with Molly was: never put happiness on hold. To trust that all is well even when it does not look that way through my eyes.

So I took the template of Molly's teaching and applied it to my present, and I felt genuine happiness for the first time in a long time. I feel so grateful!

I see the effectiveness of remembering a time when all did not seem well, and then, when we look back, we can see now that all was perfect. So in a present situation, if we jump ahead of it, we can know that it will all seem perfect with the passage of time. Then we bring that future knowing back to the present and voila! Peace.

God to Diane:

Do you know the profundity of what you have just said?

You are saying that the present is all that there is. In the moment is truth.

Never put happiness on hold. Be in the present.

The whole story is in the present. The present is infinity.

Never put happiness on hold. Never hold onto anything. Never hold back anything. The past, present, future are one moment, or, We can say, they are infinity where there is no moment. There is being.

The truth is: My children stand on a mountain. From the mountaintop, many sights are seen. If My children forget they are on a mountaintop, they think they are somewhere else. And they think the sights can touch them. They think the sights have a power over them even though the sights are sights, no more.

At your moment of inspiration, you knew you stood on a mountaintop, Diane. And you saw beautiful light. Your insight did not create your experience. Your experience created your insight. But, of course, there is no time so your experience and insight are one.

Oh, if My children could accept that all is well, if they could have an inkling of the love that surrounds them, if they could see present heartache as future good, if they could, they would know they are on the mountaintop.

When you know you stand at the top of the mountain, you have faith.

When you forget you stand on top, you have fear and absorption in the fear.

But the truth is that you do stand on the mountaintop. And from there, you saw truth, Diane. From there, you can only see truth. Stay with Me, Diane.

Gloria:

I do not seem to be able to use Diane's technique successfully.

Everything right now is really fine, but my mind runs to the future where things may not be fine, all the what if's. I can certainly look back and see that things I cried my heart out about in the past were really for my good in the end, and some were clearly blessings that saved me from great trouble, and yet I do not seem able to transfer that awareness to dissolve fears that lurk in my heart now.

God:

Remember that Diane extols asking. Asking brought her to that lovely awakening of hers.

But Whom do you ask? Ask of your individuality, and you may not get too far. Ask someone else to relieve you of fear? How far will that get you? You know Whom to ask. So ask of the One Who can do something. Ask Me to remove your fears and doubt.

In Diane's moment, fear was removed.

She did not remove the fear.

I did.

I do not ask for credit. Credit means nothing to Me.

I am just telling you how to remove fear. I am the Way to remove fear.

I am the Mountain-top that Diane stood on.

Faith is the removal of fear.

Do not work so hard at removing fear.

Put your energy onto Me.

See Me. You cannot see fear and Me at the same time.

See Me.

Give yourself to Me.

Give this moment to Me.

I am the Great Accepter.

And you are learning to be like Me.

Learn to accept by giving.

Give Me your fears, and I will give you faith.

Cease putting faith in your fears, for you have great faith in what you fear.

Give your allegiance to Me, not fear. Form a partnership with Me, not fear.

When you feel fear, or think of fear, say:

"I feel this fear right now because I have let it intrude on my faith in God. My faith in God is inviolable because only truth is true. Fear is not true. Fear is from my imagination. If my imagination is so great as to create fear, then what can my thoughts of God do? My thoughts of God will bring me back to truth and to my Oneness with God.

"God will lift me to the mountain-top. I am unable climb there by myself.

"If God can give me breath, He can give me faith. Faith means to remember truth. When I feel fear, I have forgotten truth.

"So now, dear Father, I ask you to help me remember. I spend so much time trying to remember someone's name or the name of a book when I could be asking You to help me remember that which seeks to be remembered. You want to be remembered. You are what I have forgotten, and You are what will help me remember what I have forgotten.

"Everything that happens is to remind me to remember You, or to remind me to ask You to help restore me to remembrance of You. Remembrance of You is face-to-Face knowledge of You.

"So, God, I ask You to open my eyes to Your presence. I ask You to help Me look to You. I ask You to help Me keep my eyes on You as You keep Yours on me. I ask You for Your blessings. I ask You to rescue me from human waywardness. I ask You to restore me to my truth. Please restore My heart to love and awareness of You."

And I answer to you that My Will is done.
