child of God

God's Child

God said:

It is possible to say that your consciousness can be equated with what you are thinking about. If your consciousness, your personal consciousness, is a vibration, then you vibrate according to your thoughts.

Story of a Child of God

God said:

When you are a strong reed growing by the river of life, why do you think you are a dandelion puff blown by the wind, blown into little pieces, as if you no longer are whole? Of course, dandelions do as dandelions do, and there is greatness in their being blown about. Dandelions are much more than you think, just as you are much more than you think.

The World like a Golden Chalice

God said:

If there is any bowing down to do, I will do it. I am at the height from which a bow can come. Come to My height, beloveds, and then you will bow down to yourself. As it is, beloveds, you work hard while I sit and enjoy. You go blindly through life while I know life backwards and forwards. You get stymied, troubled, anxious while I am content. You do all the work, and I sit watching the television of the world. You deserve a medal, and I will pin it on you.

The Heaven of God's Heart

God said:

The realm of My heart has no levels. No one who sits in the Heaven of My Heart sits higher than another. No one. Not you. Not anyone. And everyone sits in the Heaven of My heart. In the realm of My heart, there is no one better than you. There is no one less than you. This has to be so because I do not discriminate. I do not make judgments.

God's Golden Child

God said:

You are such a Golden Child of Mine that it is My desire that you always be honored, made welcome, treated well, treated most graciously, and be given the respect and regard that a Divine Child of Mine is entitled to and must have. There is something in you that must have respect and regard from others. It is unnatural not to have it. Something is off. It doesn't feel right. It is hard to take.

If You Welcomed All Seasons, What Would You Resist?

God said:

What if every single thing that occurs, no matter how it may seem, is the right thing? If you could know that all that befalls, no matter how distorted, has its value, how fraught with tension and worry could you then be? If all accidents were not accidents, if all crimes were not crimes, if all illness were not illness, how anxiety-ridden could you remain? If you knew that everything, no matter how uncalled for, served a good purpose, what would you bemoan? If you didn't ask why and try and try to figure out the ins and outs of events, how much time and energy would you conserve?

God's One Child

God said:

The Lord's Prayer begins with "Our Father", for I am the One Father of All. I am personal to you, and I am personal to everyone. This brings us back to the fact that you are One. When you say "Our" Father, you are recognizing that you are My child entire. I have one child because you are all joined in My Oneness which is also yours.

Suffice it to say there is only One.

How to Deal with Success

God said:

How you deal with success is the same as how you deal with non-success. You agitate. You flutter.

All of your lives, you are practicing for success.

Every time things did not go the way you wanted, you called that failure and were disappointed. You were practicing your reaction to success whether you knew it or not. You were moved by your disappointment. Perhaps you cried and retreated. Perhaps you jumped up and down. Perhaps you became stony and couldn't move. Perhaps you were floored.

How you have been handling disappointment is how you will handle success.

The Unboundedness of You

God said:

Assume you are unboundedness. Unboundness means no barriers. The truth is that there are no barriers. All barriers are illusions. They are painted cardboard fences that you think are stone.

There is no barrier that you cannot break through, climb over, walk around. Barriers exist only in your mind. Someone said they were there, and you accepted that they were. You set up the supposed barriers, or someone else did.

Barriers are a deck of cards. Your breath can blow them over without a backward glance.

Yes, God!

God said:

I am the Nothingness from which everything comes. And I am the Everythingness. And you are an embodiment of Me. I am embodied in you. I Who have no physical form exist within you. You could not have come into your existence (My Existence) without My breath upon you.

What is My breath but the absence of everything but love?

I breathed love into you, My love, gave it to you so you could embark on a journey through the journey called life. Your own journey. No one else's. Yours. All journeying the same, and none alike.
