Joyce, the new Godwriter who studied theology, was interested in art when she was in high school, but she let that interest sit and forgot about it until God reminds her of it. — Gloria

Joyce to God:

God, what shall I do about my clutter?

God to Joyce:

Walk through your heart, and clear it of clutter, so that the unused can be used, and so you have space to invite new. You have an art room in your heart. You need to dust it.

Gloria to God:

My dear Friend God, what would You like to tell us this morning?

God:

Open your heart. Many hearts are like electric fences, keeping out, keeping in. Or electronic doors that close automatically. Or hearts that wear a sign: Keep Out. Keep Away. Do Not Disturb.

Turn the sign around to where it says: Open to Joy. Open for Joy. This Way to Joy. Joy abides here. The Home of Joy. Joy Unlimited. Open 24 hours. Never Closes.

Let the heart reclaim itself. Heart restored. Heart restoration.

The heart is such a symbol of love, romance, beauty, and beatitude.

The heart is a moving van.

The heart does not direct traffic.

It moves other hearts.

It is a distributor of love.

Gloria:

And, yet, dear God, we can't just throw our hearts away?

God:

That is precisely what to do. I did not say to become attached. If you do not become attached, which means expecting, assuming, holding on, you can give your heart away and not lose it. Keep it open so others can open theirs.

Loving doesn't mean pouring on. It means openness. A state of awareness that says Oneship. It is a receptivity.

How does a puppy love? It loves. That is its nature. It gives and receives in one motion.

Let not your heart choose too much. It does not need to be reserved. It does not have to await payment.

It is My love you give anyway, so why would you count or hoard?

Love is limitless. It does not just alight on certain objects. It alights everywhere.

Yes, love is a lantern that shines light on all.

Loving is letting your heart soar. And it soars to Me.

Gloria:

Dear God, when I have loved in the past, I wound up with my heart hurt.

God:

That was not love. That was pure attachment. Attachment is control, and control hurts.

You wanted to own. Now love without owning. Think of love as setting free. Love is a bird let out of a cage, not penned.

Love is sweet nectar of recognition: "This other is also myself, and my heart feels sweet. Opening my heart is letting honey in. Love can only circulate in my heart. It cannot be stagnant. The heart has no doors. It is open. Needs no protection, no waiting."

Love as you breathe. You do not direct whose air you breathe. You breathe.

Love the same way. Inhale and exhale love. Swim in love. You do not attach to water. Love does not cling.

Love is an adventure. It is discovery. It finds uncharted lands. It takes light to the forest.

Uphold love because it is what you are. Love undeclared, unstated, unnamed. Love freed. Love blazing. Love allowed. Love untrammeled. Love invited in and out. Blossoming petals of love.

Do as I do, and lay love on all because love is your chosen nature. Love is My image.

Gloria:

Dear Mother Divine, that was beautiful. Description of love never runs out!

Mother Divine:

Love never runs out because it is boundless. Perhaps descriptions of love are endless too. Perhaps not. But descriptions do not matter.

Descriptions are a report of love. Descriptions follow love. Love is the leader and worthy of reporting. But the report of love is not love itself.

Love is not categorized. Love follows itself. Love notices what is.

Jump into love!

Jump into God's heart.

Gloria:

Dear Mother Divine, I'm not sure I even know what love is.

Mother Divine:

Love is all you know. Everything else is imagined.

Light is light. Shadows are not real. They are love caught for a moment and squeezed into the shape of something else.

Love trapped is anger or hate or frustration or pity or jealously or sorrow. Love does not want to be caught. It is unproscribed.

Love is a dweller and a hummingbird. It is a flying moment of eternity.

Love is enough. And love is all there is. Love is all you know.
