Dear Translators and Administrators,
Australia is quite a country. The people in Australia know how to enjoy themselves. So friendly and welcoming and REAL. And so BEAUTIFUL is Australia itself!
Pierre and Normand wined and dined me until late hours. The time in Australia was a golden time, and I am eternally grateful for it.
While there, there was not one minute of extra time to be found to work on the projects that I had thought I might have time to spend – the internet interactive Godwriting workshop, the musical, Heart of a Gopi, etc.
As it was, I had to scramble to make time to write down a new Heavenletter and, subsequently, to proof and title Heavenletters for the Heavenletter Listing page so those translators who would like to translate a month or so ahead of time can do it.
The time in Australia was worth every moment. It is the land of Australia where the aborigines are known for dream time. More about dream-time further down.
The Father of Heavenletters
Santhan was twenty-six years old when he discovered Heavenletters. Here is Santhan's very first email to Heavenletters written on May 1, 2005:
This is the same name of the lady next door who makes the most beautiful spinach tarts in the whole wide world. In fact everytime we order a tart (tartas, is what they are called in Argentina), I sing out GLOOOOOORIA cos they're so good.
Heaven's letters are exactly what the world needs in these difficult times. Yet right now, more so than ever before, our planet is receiving huge amounts of energy from above. This gives us the opportunity to evolve faster than ever before and realize our true nature and then to reside in our true nature completely.
I am a yogi and yoga in all its forms is the way I use to guide my life and interaction with the world. This letter is just to say hi, and well done and that may loads of positive energy continue to push Heaven's Letters ahead.
Love, Light and +ve vibrations
Santhan Naidoo
For years and years, Santhan gave himself totally to Heavenletters. He gave untiringly of himself and his time and energy. He financially supported Heavenletters even when it may not have been easy for him to do so.
More than ten years after his original email, Santhan has a family, has several businesses he is working on as well. One of his most heart-felt projects is to create a spiritual sustainable center, and this project is on its way now in South Africa.
Sadly, Santhan has to take a leave of absence from working on Heavenletters so he can devote more of his time and energy to fulfilling his life-long dream.
Santhan will always be the Father of Heavenletters and a treasured consultant. He will always be here, never far away, and there will always be a place for Santhan here, the most generous friend to Heavenletters and one of the dearest friends to me in the world as well.
Thank you, Senor!
Enter William Harader
Over a year ago William Harader came to Heavenletters and simply and humbly offered his technical services to Heavenletters. As with Santhan, no job has been too big or too small for Will. When something is needed, Will will take care of it for us. Is there anyone who comes to help that God didn’t send? How else could this miracle of Heavenletters we share in happen?
William knows Drupal expertly. He has some great ideas for the new Heavenletter web site. He has ideas for a mail-out system that will be simple and easy. Will will automate everything possible. Will will do everything to make translators’ procedures a piece of cake. Will may well want to talk to some of you to determine exactly what the translator processes are so he can make it all go smoothly for you.
What ideas do you have that Will can do to be extra helpful to you as a translator. Please post your ideas on the forum under this newsletter where can all be inspired.
Will and Santhan and I have also taken care of routine matters that must be taken care of and yet don’t require special technical skill. The sort of thing we’re talking about right now is helping a new subscriber who is having difficulty subscribing to Heavenletters or registering on the forum. Meanwhile, is there someone here who might relieve Will from such details so he can focus on the website upgrade? Weeks can go by without any demand for this, yet then sometimes where it seems to happen all at once.
If you would like to help and can fit into your schedule, please post on the forum under this newsletter so we can find all of our ideas in one place.
Also, please ask your questions. A question just occurred to me -- what can we do to double international subscribers in the next three months?.
It is no surprise that God wants Heavenletters to be international. Translating comes first. It is one of the most important things we do, so be sure you don’t in your generosity stretch yourself too much.
Incidentally, Will has two sites of his own. Will posts a Heavenletter virtually every day. Thanks, Will!
Will’s sites are:
http://soundofheart.org/galacticfreepress/
http://soundofheart.org/awakeningdaily/
By the way, Will says that once we get the money together for expenses – probably new server and a year’s worth of other expenses, he anticipates that it will take only a month and then the website upgrade will be ready to test. Will, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Six weeks will be great!
Dream-Time
I had a powerful dream in Australia, the land of aboriginal dream-time. I was sure I would remember this dream.
In the dream, I was writing a Heavenletter by hand. The ink I was writing with was purple/indigo. My handwriting was not my handwriting at all. In fact, in the dream, my handwriting was very low on the line like Indian writing.
The Heavenletter I was writing down took my breath away. In the dream, I was positive I would remember this Heavenletter when I woke up, for this was the Heavenletter of Heavenletters!
Alas, this is all I remember of the dream.
Interestingly, two prevailing thoughts came out of Australia.
1. Two people in Australia brought up my recording Heavenletters. It would probably take me an hour to record a Heavenletter and edit it as necessary. This is something I would love to do. I would love to do it every day, yet that may not be possible. So the idea is that on the home page of the web site, anyone who may want to listen to a Heavenletter in addition to reading or instead of reading a Heavenletters themselves – and those who may be blind -- have the opportunity to do so. Will said he could easily do this.
And the second insight which has already been touched on above brings me to the following:
Focus for Gloria
I too have a skill, and mine is Godwriting. It is a gift.
As essential as administration is, administrating isn't my forte and, every day in U.S., as in Australia, it is impossible to find the time necessary to Godwrite – of course, I always do. A priority project is Godwriting workshops. Have got to focus on it. Banks of time are necessary to get it together.
It’s my own doing, of course, yet my time is taken up in correspondence. I spend four or five hours a day writing essential Heavenletter emails. These emails are important, yet a solution is needed so there is time to move forward on projects that require my focus.
Why are these requests for serious help going out to translators and administration first? Because you are the cream of the crop. You already reveal Heavenletter experience and dedication. It has to be that you are closer to Heavenletters right now than anybody. You are prime candidates. Yes, there are magnificent dedicated Heavensubscribers as well. Later on we can reach out to them.
2. So the second insight that came while I was in Australia, as obvious as it is, was to delegate. Can we find a few remarkable translators /administrator to take over the responsibility of the Translator Department? Are you one of the bright lights here who can and will take care of varying areas within this translating department?
Nuno is already taking care of pointing translators to what on the forum for translators/administrators to read and comment on. Paula takes care of an English Facebook and more.
Someone might find joy in taking over this newsletter. I would, of course, supply you with a lot of news. It would be tremendous if you could put it together and save Will from having to detail it for publication.
And there is the Heavenletter forum as well. Sometimes the question comes up whether we can keep up with it at all, and therefore continue it.
If you are interested in any of these areas or you think of other areas that might interest you, please let us know. This is all voluntary, and many of you have full-time jobs in addition to translating, so please don’t think of over-extending yourself. Translating is first priority.
Everyone, have a Merry Christmas and a Magnificent New Year.
A thousand blessings. May all your dreams come true.
Gloria and the Spectacular Heaven Team
God said:
What if you would see the world from love? What would you see?
What if you could see into hearts from your own heart?
What if you could really see as I do see? You would favor all.
You would bless all. You would make a difference in everyone’s life.
You would shine light like a thousand stars.
You would pick everyone up and brush them off.
