Everything in life circulates. Air does. Books do. Thoughts do. Everything in life recharges itself. When you are out in life, you circulate. But when you stay in, you also do. It is impossible not to circulate. All of life is a meeting with one circulating thing or another.
You even have been known to circulate the past, recycle it and bring it to the present.
Love circulates. Love steps out of the past. Forms of love may hold onto the past, but the love I speak of can only be present.
Always what is circulated is energy. Think of a tree as energy. Think of a red rose as one energy, and a yellow rose as another. Think of everyone as energy. All are energy. Energy is energy. But each energy is different in how it is perceived. But the love I speak of knows no differences. Love is always the same energy, or it is not love.
Passing fancies are a hint of love, but they are not love, because love does not start and stop, come and go, fade in and out. The embrace of love never unclasps. It frees, but it always stays intact to itself.
Love is not dependent upon anything but itself.
And yet, I tell you who rely so much on things outside you, that you are love, and that love is all you are. Therefore all the other stuff that you associate with yourself is not love. Certainly your view of yourself has not been love. You have hunted for flaws as one who would examine bugs under a microscope. You have looked for flaws and found them, and announced them to yourself daily as a ritual.
Circulate love for yourself now. You are an offering I gave to you to treasure and uphold. Can you not appreciate the gift I gave to you? Can you not be as insightful and faithful to your blessings as you are to your accrued faults? Faults fall away. They are a page in a magazine you flip through. Do not keep flaws in your attention. They are not valuable. Do not value them. Do not make placards of them so you will always notice them and go over them, even rehearse them. Certainly you make a litany of them.
Focus on what is valuable and keep that to you. Star what works in your life, and not what does not.
Abandon your flaws. Do not be distracted by them. Circulate Oneness instead.
Circulate pleased thoughts about yourself. For every flaw, is there not something else to favor? Write down today three things about yourself you are happy with.
Dwelling on what does not please you is a habit. Replace it with another habit, one that has value and serves you well. Remember this: what serves you well serves the universe. What serves you not well serves the universe the same.
Be grateful for that which is yours to be grateful for. Start with the qualities within you. You have a long list of qualities that need to be noticed, respected, and remembered. Start with today.
Note the things you like about yourself today. Note the ways in which you live up to yourself. You are God's child. You are in good favor.
Honor Me by being compliant with yourself. Enough of complaints. Circulate appreciation. Hold yourself in good stead so that others may too. As people look at you, so will they look at themselves. Circulate courtesy. Circulate kindness. Circulate appreciation. They will circulate all the way to Me.
