MailWash can also be used to quickly remove forced line breaks from text copied from web pages or previously sent email messages, like this:

How to use:

Copy the text from an email message and paste the text into the top box in MailWash.
Press the button corresponding to the wash cycle you want. The clean text appears in the bottom box.
If you are using Internet Explorer, the clean text should have been automatically copied into the clipboard, ready for you to paste into your application. You can copy any part of the cleaned text from the bottom box, if you need to.
That's it! To clean another email message, press reset to clear both boxes in MailWash.

Function	Press both keys
Select All	Ctrl + A
Copy	Ctrl + C
Cut	Ctrl + X
Paste	Ctrl + V

	Put "dirty" text in this box. Text with extra line breaks and/or ">" marks created by copying from Word documents and emails.
	"Cleaned" text appears in this box. Copy and paste this text into your application.
Keep pressing until clean. Removes one set of `>`'s and spaces. Ideal for indented paragraphs. Removes all leading `>`'s and blank spaces from each line. Ideal for lists and poems. Same as regular, but also makes paragraphs flow. Ideal for stories. This will clear both boxes.
