Hans to God:
Dear God, I have had lower back problems since 1989, and I'd like to know why and what can I do about it. I have done chiropractic, massage, oils etc. but there seems to be a specific problem. Maybe disc problems, or is it emotional? Three times it was so bad that I couldn't walk and was in bed for two weeks each time. Maybe You could shed more light on this situation.
Thank You for listening to me.
God to Hans:
Yes, more light has to be shed. My light, dear Hans. Absorb My light. Pull My light into your blessed back. And lighten your load as well.
You are not a workhorse. You are not an ox to carry so much on your back. You are one who needs to think of himself more and others less. Do not carry so much. Lie down on the job before your back hurts.
There is nothing you have to do to prove your worth to the world or to yourself. Certainly not to Me. Contrary to popular view, you do not need to earn My love, support, and honor. I gave and give them to you wholeheartedly without condition. Any way you look at it, dear Hans, you are a good man. If it were required that My children earn My love, you have already done that, and now bask in My love, well-deserved by you.
What would this mean, to bask in My love? Stop working for it. Know it is yours. Accept it. Play more in life. Be not so serious about life. Do not be so good. Do not follow the rules so much. Do not follow so much what others expect of you. They will always expect; they will ask you to dance, but you do not have to always dance. You are a beautiful soul whether you dance or not.
Are you breathing better now? Your back pain comes from your breathing. Breathe Me in. Breathe My light in and see it circulate to your back. Your back is your spine. Breathe My light into your spine, and also breathe it out. Inhale, exhale. Circulate My light through your spine. Circulate My love to others from where you are. You do not have to be somewhere else. You are in a good place. That is what you need to know.
You do not need to earn the world, dear Hans.
You do not need to earn Me.
Come from that place of knowing My light in you.
Come from My heart and not your beleaguered own.
Do not wear yourself out. Inhale, exhale, dear Hans.
Gloria:
Dear God, would it be correct to say that all of Your answers are specific to an individual?
God:
Yes, and My answers are also universal to everyone. There is a meat in My answers that reaches all open hearts. You may not have back pain, but the pith of My answer to Hans resounds in your heart.
Gloria:
God, I have wondered if I, we, will ever run out of questions.
God:
We know for certain that I will not run out of answers. My answers are infinite. There is nothing finite about me. And I venture to guess that My children will never run out of questions. Something triggers questions. Questions are an impulse. Life itself is an impulse. A question is like drawing a circle around something, flagging it, calling attention to it. Questions serve a purpose. Even without answers, they do. A question comes from a certain alertness.
Gloria:
Is a question the opposite of acceptance?
God:
With a question, there is a wanting to accept. A true question, an honest heart question, is an openness to more.
An artist paints a picture with his brush, and then he asks, "What is this? What have I painted? What do I make of this that I have painted?"
A questioner asks, "What is this? How do I make wholeness of this? What do I call it?"
Asking questions is the same as wanting to know a name, just as in the Garden of Eden, Adam named the wonders I had made, and Eve appreciated the wonders and the names Adam gave to them. Everything wants a name.
A name is a resolution, and then you can go on to the next question on the table. Or produce another one. Because even the seeking of a question to ponder is a source of joy.
A question poses, and an answer washes away. My answers wash away the past.

Diane to God:
Dear God, with your answer yesterday, I feel like You have just completed a puzzle for me. Such satisfaction as the last piece is put into place. Your words bring into focus what I have sensed. I have just recently changed an old agreement I had to find passion through pain and suffering to the new agreement of finding passion through joy.
I ask for Your help, support and guidance in implementing my new agreement. This is such an exciting time for me. Thank You.
God to Diane:
Yes, Beloved, yes!
