Gloria:
Dear God, as I was writing down Your answer yesterday, about how to get the money for the attorney, something in me broke. Some blindness. I opened up to the possibility that Heaven and I had more money than I have allowed myself to think.
My mind started moving rather than being discouraged. I still couldn't come up with all of the money, but did make a dent. And this was all in my thinking, dear God. Nothing outward had changed.
And then a Heavenreader emailed me that she was sending Heaven a good-sized check. Now there is enough to pay the attorney!
I feel wealthier than I did before this. It was a change inside me, dear God.
It wasn't a miracle in the sense we usually think of. I didn't find a purse with $ in it. It didn't fall from the sky. And, yet, it wasn't there before. It wasn't there until I relaxed with You! Thank You.
God:
Once again God saves the day.
Gloria:
Dear God, Karen suggested that I, and others, ask You about the proposed book of Your top 50 messages this year.
God:
Good idea.
Gloria:
What more do You have to tell us?
God:
Do it.
Gloria:
I had the impression from Karen that You might have more to say about it.
God:
Start now. What do you have to know? You have to know you are doing it for Me. That is all you have to know.
Alluding to Annette's question that the angle of the Book may be too commercial…
Gloria:
My dearest God, is the title The Best of God refined enough for You? Who are we to say these are Your 50 best from 2000?
God:
Perhaps you are saying the 50 most dramatic in the eyes of Heavenreaders. It is a given that human beings are choosing. They are choosing what means the most to them. That is fair. What are My 50 messages in the year 2000 that speak the most to your hearts?
I bless Annette for her concern. Her heart is educated.
Heavenreaders, you and I want My words to be read by many. We are not going to rest on dignity here. Dignity does not bring readers. I, of course, bring them, with your help. We want to catch the readers, the literary agent, the publishers. We do take into account Our audience.
Many books have titles that do not deliver, where the titles are wonderful, but the books fall short. Here is a case where the book will fulfill. The book will give more than any title can suggest.
Maybe the title can be in small case, not in bold block print. Perhaps that seems more Godlike. Maybe you want to play with the title. I am not going to ordain a title. I know you want an ultimate title, but there is no such thing. There is an ultimate God. No book title could possibly reveal My worth.
How you feel about the title is important. If you feel shabby about it, the best title in the world won't work so well. Feel good about the name of a book that is in My Name.
Gloria:
I just thought of the title: "Dear God."
God:
"Dear God" is always good.
Talk among yourselves.
In so doing, you are weaving a chain of Me across the universe.

Julie H. to Heavenletters:
Dear Gloria, thanks very much for your ministry. Sorry if you feel uncomfortable with that word. I think whatever we do out of love and sincerity is a type of ministry. Blessings!
God to Julie H.:
And you are all My ministers.
