Dear God, Karen sent me a recent email with two main points. One is about others' thoughts and emotions that we think are ours. The second is about acceptance of You and faith in You.
Karen to Gloria:
Gloria, you must learn to separate you from all others' thoughts, feelings, pain, and just be in God. Ask God. Tell God you realize that you feel everyone else's pain. And let it go. None of this pain is yours.
Gloria to God:
Dear God, whose sadness or angst am I feeling now? If I were truly neutral, truly of You, truly pure love, then this would not happen?
God:
No one is sad alone. No one is happy alone. At the same time, when you let go of past and present associations, you are left with Me. Full of awareness of Me, you don't have to indulge in grief or loss or emotions of that sort. You don't need that vagueness of discomfort.
No one needs it, as a matter of fact. No one has to have it. It is all learned, all adopted, all taken on. It is all façade. A national habit. International habit. A learned response. All that is not of Me is something you picked up somewhere.
What is of Me is pure being. Neutral pure love of being and the awareness of that. Experiencing is noticing. You choose what to notice. You choose what to experience.
Judgment keeps you noticing what is beyond My pale. Pure love keeps you out of paying attention to what is beyond My pale. My only charge is pure love, pure joy, pure peace, pure being. What you are looking at is what you see.
With Me, life becomes water, so soft and easy. Without Me, it becomes sand and rock and impenetrable. That's how you get bogged down.
You can choose the medium in which you live.
You can choose what to identify with.
You can choose Me or less than Me.
You can choose Wholeness or parts.
There are many stage sets to choose from. There are all kinds of scenery. Take your pick.
You can feel the thoughts of someone who is thinking of you, and this can make you feel uncomfortable. I say thinking. It can be on a more subtle level than that. They may not even be conscious of what they are directing towards you. It could be tacit like this: "Gloria, take my pain. Remove it from me. Make sense of this. Let me out of this loop." And they hand their grief over to you instead of to Me.
You are learning on the surface level to let go of others' needs. You are learning how to be compassionate without taking on others' woe, their "story" as Jon would say, buying into it, making it your own platform.
Now in less obvious transfers, you will also learn how to do this. You will not get caught up in others' woe whosever and wherever it is from, near or far, past or present or future, anonymous or unanimous or singular, conscious or unconscious, loud or quiet, long or short…

Ask God to help you and others with the same problem. Faith is all this is. What is faith to you? What is it really? Be honest.
Nothing should matter to you more than God.
God is first always, no matter if the sky is falling in. God is first because God is the source of your life, all life … the life of the food we eat, the Source of all creation. So we have to be thankful for all of this.
God accepts you. Do you really accept God? Would that be okay?
Gloria, vibrate to what the pleasure of your name is — glory. Now that is God! Do you have the faith in God yet? Ask God.
Gloria to God:
When I think of You, love is there. I don't have to pull it in. But the thing is, I don't always think of You.
God:
Of course you don't, for if you did, you would not experience uneasiness.
Gloria:
So then faith is thinking of You?
God:
Faith is feeling Me. A thought of Me is a reminder. From the reminder, you turn to Me, and I am there. A thought is a thought. When the thought of Me enters your heart — that is faith. You cannot live life and always be thinking of Me, but you can possess Me in your heart at all times. That is Faith.
I am the All-Knowing Faith. I am the All-Knowing Love. I am the All-Knowing Peace and Joy. When you allow Me into your awareness, there I am, and there is nothing else. That is Faith. Faith is your heart full of Me.
When you ask Me to remove non-God thoughts from you and others, you raise yourself to a higher vibration.
When you Godwrite — when you write down My words, not yours — you are lifted to My heart which is the same as Faith.
My Faith gives you strength. Your faith could only be little. Like your own love is small. My love and faith are endless. They are powerful. Yours is transparent and glued to something. Mine is vast and unbounded. When My Faith and Love become yours, it is like a tribute. It is like a triune.
Being grateful is the beginning of Faith. It is the beginning of conscious association with Me.
Whenever you feel grateful, you have contacted Me. For to Whom are you grateful? Who is the Giver? And Who is the Receiver?
Gloria:
Dear God, please help me and others to accept You at all times. Please help me and others know You intimately every moment. Help me and others vibrate to Your glory and accept Your love in our lives.
God:
There is nothing else to accept. My love is all, and I give it all to you. By looking at Me, you accept. When you look at Me, you can't do anything but accept My love. Look at Me, not at your preconceptions of Me, but as I am. I AM.
