truth and falsehood

What Your Thoughts Create

God said:

Words may be one thing and truth another. Make sure that your words and truth line up. This seems so simple and obvious. Do not say what is not true for you, for then you weaken yourself.

Do not make promises unless you will uphold them. You may mean to follow through. You are pure of heart at the time you give your promise. Unless you live up to it, you have made a false promise, and you have weakened your spine.

When your words and truth are aligned, your spine follows. The body is form, and your thoughts create form.

What Is Truth?

God said:

Sometimes you think you know all there is to know about the wiles of the world. But the wiles of the world are only wiles. Wiles are superficial. Do not make them your King.

Beyond Adversity

God said:

One of My dear children has asked why are lies believed. Why are lies believed over truth? Everyone has had truth belied one time or another, just as everyone — I say everyone but perhaps not you — has had their own lies believed or semi-believed and started to believe them himself.

Why do My holy and beloved children often hold on to lies more than truth?

The deeper question is: Why are there lies? Why would a child who is Mine resort to lies? Why does he fear he needs to?

What You Were Made For

God said:

You have ideas of what Truth is or should be. You have ideas of what I should say. Your ideas are preconceived. They are not open but closed. You let in and you keep out.

When I say something that fits in with your presumption of Truth, you nod your head. When it does not, you shake your head and feel: "God doesn't have that quite right… God could do better… Gloria wasn't clear today…"
