Dear Christie,

I don't know where the right place is to post this! I think we need a new section, but what shall we call it?

This is such a nice story, how Christie first emailed me. She had a lot going on and felt she had to unsubscribe to Heavenetters, but the program wasn't letting her do it. I went into the data base, and it wouldn't let me do anything either. At that point, Christie said something like: "Well, I think I'm supposed to continue reading Heavenletters!"

That was fine with me.

Then Christie who receives messages from Lightspeakers asked me how Heavenletters gets all the many great people who read and care about Heavenletters.

Of course, it seems like magic to me. I sit here, and beautiful things happen. That my whole focus is Heavenletters has a lot to do with it too, while Christie works long long days.

That there are such beautiful people who come to Heavenletters has a lot to do with the success of Heavenletters. And that present subscribers send Heavenletters to their friends and ask them to subscribe is a huge factor. Most new subscribers come by word of mouth. Maybe Heavenreaders are blabbermouths like me! That's good!

I also suggested to Christie that she add links to her web site. That's supposed to help get a site known, and I found that it also makes people very happy.

When Heavenletters first started, I wasn't going to have links because I was going to keep Heavenletters so pure! Now I love having links. Rarely do I say no to anyone who wants to link -- drug companies and such or, once in a while, I just don't have the impulse to link for reasons I don't even know.

It was Khanyi Media that suggested we have a Godwriting blog, and of course, over a year later, you can tell I love having a blog and expressing my personal self. I love having the forum too that Adrachin started for us, yet a forum can have problems, and when we were on Yahoo, we had some, and that's how come the new forum got started. Now the forum is a delight.

Everybody who comes here knows we're supposed to help one another, and that it's a privilege to be able to.

One reason I asked Christie to go public is so that anyone else starting out as Christie is can read what I'm writing here, and I don't have to repeat it. So here it is. I believe we do have to share, and that's a good reason for posting.

Oh, before I forget, I also told Christie that Heaven didn't happen over night. There were years when I got really excited when there were four new subscribers a month! Now we get more than that in a day!

I'm glad you like the idea of a blog, Christie. My daughter uses Diaryland www.diaryland.com There are many free blog sites that make it easy for you to have a blog.

We usually stay away from promoting anyone on the forum, and here I have put up an URL for Diaryland, but no one else do that, please! The reason it's no for promoting anyone is that it gets tiresome if posts are about promoting something. We get too much of that with spam. This just isn't the place for it.

Anyone else with ideas for Christie?
