This Is How Love Works

God said:

You know the reciprocity of Oneness of Love when you give milk to your baby. Serving the baby is serving yourself. Your breast is emptied, and your baby's tummy is full.

That is an example of love and how mutual and natural it is.

And if you give your baby milk from a bottle, still you are giving the love from your heart.

As you serve another, you serve yourself. This is how love works.

This is not to say that you divest yourself in order to serve. To love does not mean to sacrifice. To love does not mean that you are deigned to sacrifice.

The Unique Star in Your Heart

God said:

Everything in Heaven and on Earth has an influence. No less the stars than your thoughts. No more the stars than your thoughts. Everything influences everything. There is a reciprocity in the universe.

The weather affects you, and you affect the weather. The room you are in affects you. Facing the sun or away from the sun has an affect on you. Looking up or looking down has an affect on you. What does not have an affect on you? And what do you not affect?

All is reciprocal.

The Prize

God said:

What you may think about another, consider that it applies to you.

If you feel you have been overlooked, perhaps you have been overlooking.

If you think someone has discounted you, it may be you are discounting others, or over-counting yourself.

When something irritates you, what may be irritating to you is yourself.

This reciprocity is not a hard and fast rule, yet it is well to consider.
