Jimi loves the people of the street. Cause love will go where others will not. Love is very brave that way...Love is brave cause love is not afraid of anything...So Jimi goes where love carries him...and love carries him to the streets...to greet his brothers and his sisters...to see them...to be with them...to comfort their hearts maybe just a little. Sometimes just a thimble-full of love is all it takes. A thimble full may be just the right size to find its way through the barriers and the barricades surrounding the heart. It could seep its way in! Love is very clever that way!
You know beloveds, the people of the streets are not very different than you and me. Many people of the streets feel lonely and unloved...and many of us...with homes and families feel lonely and unloved. We have so much more in common than at first glance...and most people that have homes with families and food and friends don’t spend much time thinking about those that don’t. Hmmm. I wonder what street people think about us? Hmmm.
There is a powerful, loving song by Pink Floyd called: “On the Turning Away”. It is about how most people turn away from other people who are less fortunate. It is beautiful to come to terms with how all of us have “turned away” from others. I recommend this song. It has medicine in it.
So I love the people of the street...And I like to send them love. They are in my heart always...They are a part of me...and I am with them on the street too. I love them always.
I love people who have homes and families and friends too. They are in my heart always...They are a part of me...and I am with them in their homes too. I love them always.
I love you...and your family and your friends. You are in my heart always...You are a part of me...and I am with you wherever you are.
I love you always. Jimi
