God is always bringing us closer to Him.

God said:

Consider that in your daily life you are looking for testimonials for Me. Be the eagle-eyed reporter who pays attention to the bounteous blessings I pour upon Earth. Be a hound for news worth reporting. Help advertise the good on Earth and feature it as the gossip of the day. Let it be read in the morning paper and discussed at the breakfast table.

What you look for, you will find.

Write and read a daily testament that speaks of My love. What else is worth speaking of? Why take tidbits when you can have the whole pie? Why accept rumors when you can have Truth?

If you do not feel first-hand knowledge of Me, then accept hearsay until you dare to know Me for yourself.

Why it takes daring to open your eyes to Me, I don't know. Does it take daring to be wealthy? Perhaps it does. Does it take daring to open your heart? Perhaps it does. Does it take daring to be as you are? Perhaps it does.

One would think it would take daring to be false, but the world is a topsy-turvy place. And now you are here to turn it right-side up. How you do this is with your attention.

How do you let sunlight into your house? You open the blinds so that the sun may come in. The sunlight will not blind you. You have been blinded without it.

Without moving from the spot where you are, you can identify five evidences of love. First of all, there is you, sitting here. Admit at least your potential for love. Then there are your hands which touch the world.
There are your eyes that can see, your breath that can rise and fall. There is a window through which you can look upon the universe. There is a fireplace mantel that a stranger's hands carved before you were born, left for you so you might feel the love he left for you carved in the wood. The wood itself, a bearer of love, bears the stranger's love for you. Love lasts. Even if the mantel were removed, the love would stay just the same.
Love cannot be removed. It cannot change. Love can only be love, and you are a bearer and recipient of it.

Five evidences of love are too few to view from the spot you sit in.
Let's raise the ante to 100. Without getting up, you can spot ninety more.
And then you will not be done.

And then think of all the occasions in life when you gave or were given love. There is no time to recount them. When this is the case, why then would My beloved children find occasion to recount instances when it seemed love was missing?

Pick at instances of love instead.

There is not a moment in the world that is without love. There is no mountain nor crevasse without it. There is no instance without love. I am a specialist in love so I know this. You need no corroboration for what I say.
And, if you do, love itself is the corroboration.

Today, trip over love. Notice it right and left. Notice it in every little thing. Notice it in everything. Notice it in everyone. It is great love that puts anyone or anything in front of you. Be sure to say hello. Say hello to love this morning, and you will not even have to think about giving it because you will emanate love the way the sun gives light.
