Of course, you want to speak up. Of course, speaking your mind doesn't mean you have a tirade. You are not to blow up at life any more than you are to blow up at people. You don't have to have a cause. You can simply represent yourself without drama. To say your piece is not a big deal. It is a big deal to you when you have been in the habit of shying away from expressing how you feel rather than paying attention to how you feel.
Please know that I am for you. I am for your self-expression, yet, expressing yourself doesn't mean lambasting anyone. You are not being phony when you are a lady or a gentleman and don't bombast anyone. The Truth of You is not ferocious. You feel ferocious only when you have kept too much in and for too long and are really upset with your own self.
One thing I ask of you is that you call a truce in your heart. This is for your own benefit. You may have well been ill-treated. Don't make mistreatment your cause célèbre. A cause is not your reason for being. You are not alive on Earth to flare up. Anger is not your name. Your name is Son or Daughter of God. Your name is Who you are. Are you or are you not My child? I say you are.
You are not disjointed in the world except as you say so. Don’t say so.
Get away from thinking that life is hard. Life comes to you. Life is not as excitable as you are. You are the one who makes a big brouhaha over life. Life itself is an old standby. Whatever coat life wears, it is only life wearing a coat in one style or another. You don't have to carry on about it. You don't have to teach life anything and give it some lessons.
It is better that you learn some lessons from life. You can befriend life. You can make of life what you will. You can resist and battle life. You can also come to terms with life and be easy with it. Life is only life. You are the interpreter of it. You can view life from different angles.
Life is not one thing. Life is many things. Life comes in many colors, and some colors are your favorites, and some colors you don't like one bit, yet your un-favored colors are life just the same. You can't always pick and choose what colors will come up in the mix. It is illusion within illusion that you can control your life by being upset with it as life reveals itself to you. Life doesn't flaunt. Life is just life moseying along, one step after another.
Life is not trying to prove anything. Of course, life is trying to reach you. Life doesn't take you so personally as you take life. Life has to land somewhere, and often it lands on you. Life doesn't intend to topple you. Life doesn't mean to be a heavy-weight. Maybe life has no say over itself any more than you have say over its disarray, yet, at the same time, you may have beckoned life to come to you in just the way it appears. You may well have picked out the coat your life is wearing at a given moment. You do fiddle with your life. You may assemble and re-assemble your life. You may strong-arm your life.
Then you may say to life: "See what you did?"
