Letting go is on my agenda too. The summer before last I went on a hike into the Columbia Gorge with two friends in search of rock art. We were there specifically to listen to a lecture by a Native American about a specific site called "She Who Watches." The only thing I remember about the lecture is the title. "She Who Watches" reverberates in my mind often - it reminds me to watch my thoughts, my words, and my feelings, rather than identify with them. The more I watch, the more I learn. The more I learn, the more I let go. The more I let go, the more I experience love, joy, and peace.

I was reading the posts regarding Letting Go and have been deling with this to a certain degree myself.
"Letting Go" itself i sand interesting concept, and moreso, what I haev found 'experientially' with the God Writing is that the 'spiritual' is not separation in any part of our BEINGS, inclusiv eof "THINKING".
At a very base level, I have come to understand this as an experince of allowing.
Letting go doesn't mean we discard our wants and needs, or even thoughts, but that we release to the absolute embrace of Light, Love and God.

I can really appreciate the comment about familial scripts adn the messages we are taught, eithe rimplicity, or explicitly as children, by not merely family, but 'society', mentors, elders, friends etc.

Som eof these communications are 'good' if we are even using a good/bad axim, because what I am dicovering in th eprocess of Letting GO/ALLOWING, is that neither of these things are inherently good , or Bad ,but it is how, we "HOLD ONTO" or somatize the message sthat can be damaging until we release them from the experince we actuall 'partook in".

I know it sounds odd, but Blame works in that sense , or it can at a certain level of consciousness.

Nobody can truly really influence us, or hurt us..(As said in on eof the Heaven Letters:Our Souls are always protected).
This is not to say that at a physical level, or a certain level of awareness, thing sdo 'impact' upon us.
Yet, everything, truly everything is God.!!!

For a long time, and still partly to some degree, i Blame my mother for being in an abusive relationship with my father and staying with him when he was very abusive to us.

One LEVEL!!Of understanding.
I myself am a single motehr of two great kids ...an dswore that I would never do the same!!

So, some healing to a certain degreee and level.
yes, there are times in our growth and understanding when we have to 'validate' and claim our feelings and experince. Be avatars in a fight against us an dthi sserves a purpose.
Yet, maybe ( and this is a very individual thing/journey/process etc.), that we see a deeper , mor ecomplete understadning of the situationand we have evolevd to a beeter Love , first adn foremost for OURSELVES.
The Self is really,really important.

I always felt 'unappreciated and undervalued as a child an dreented that on many levels there was a double standard for males adn females in my family.
So, it sets up a stage a schema, fo rwhat relationships can be.

YET,AT CORE, WE HAVE THE AMAZING ABILITY TO LET ALL OF THAT GO AND CREATE OUR OWN VISIONS AND DREAMS!!!

What happened in the past has to BE RELEASED...LET GO IN THAT SENSE , or it captures and lives in part sof us.
That process looks very different for all of us!

So, when we Let Go, whatever that may entail...Replacing an old thought and negative message, HEARING WHAT GOD REALLY HAS TO SAY AND THE LOVE HE?SHE ?IT HAS FOR US! Or doing something for ourselves.

It really is all LOVE nad that gives u sthe SAPCE to ALLOW FOR SOMETHING NEW NAD EXCITING TO OCCUR!!!

Miracles happen everyday!!!

DO we have spac ein our livs??Thought patterns, living space, physical worlds, to even recognize, acknowledge , or create them???

I really hated the word "LETTING GO!!".
For me it had a connotation THAT I HAD TO DO SOMETHING.
This sentiment you speak of with regards to 'perfectionism' and making the mark.

Guess What: "WE ARE THE MARK'...and any feelings of making the mark, may actually be our own lack of congruence with WHO WE ARE!!!

If our parents or someone els ewe know of 'have missed teh mark, or not ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO EXPERIENCE whatthey wanted in Life, then we can unknowingly inherit this.
So, I wish you much peace about this adn that you Let Go, adn find teh space TO ALLOW MIRACLES.

Say something that you really WANT< JUST DESIRE TODAY...and ALLOW fro IT TO COME TO YOU.

Don't let any 'limiting' beliefs stand in the way:...JUST LET GO. TUCK ITINTO YOUR POCKET('so to speak", if you feel, or have to), but just ALLOW and BE OPEN.

Miracles are our birthright.

I don't kno wwhat "Letting Go" ther is with material things but sometimes we can have limiting beliefs of just deservedness for BEING!!

Money,material things , they too are God, Love and Light.

Yet, it is awful if we cringe at these things, or "HOLD ONTO" such Thought about comfort, enjoyment and frivilousness.

It sets up a different dynamic and EXPERIENCE in the world if our Beliefs shift!!

So, as per the synchronatic Heaven Letter on Belief:" Just Don't BElieve" what soembody says!
Find your own expeince and higher voice with God and the Universe.

It is easy to be bombarded with such negativity, of Media, ..But ther eis GREAT MEDIA and affirmative print as well.

Ten Guidelines From God:

1. QUIT WORRYING:
Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

2. PUT IT ON THE LIST:
Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I can't help you until you turn it over to Me. And although My to-do-list is long, I am after all...God. I can take care of anything you put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of a lot of things for you that you never even realize.

3. TRUST ME:
Once you've given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in Me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials. Problems with the kids? Put them on My list. Problem with finances? Put it on My list. Problems with your emotional roller coaster? For My sake, put it on My list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask.

4. LEAVE IT ALONE:
Don't wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much stronger now, I think I can handle it from here." Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It's simple. You gave Me your burdens and I'm taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget about them. Just let Me do my job.

5. TALK TO ME:
I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I'm in control. But there's one thing I pray you never forget. Please, don't forget to talk to Me - OFTEN! I love YOU! I want to hear your voice. I want you to include Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.

6. HAVE FAITH:
I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see from where you are. Have faith in Me that I know what I'm doing. Trust Me; you wouldn't want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me. Although I have a much bigger task than you, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?

7. SHARE:
You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who haven't heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

8. BE PATIENT:
I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me a little longer than you expect to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.

9. BE KIND:
Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for My sake. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please, know I love each of your differences.

10. LOVE YOURSELF:
As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were created by me for one reason only -- to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me. Love your neighbours. But also love yourself. It makes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me. Don't ever forget......

it' really true, this Heavenletter family is HEAVEN!
I read often these guidelines from God for .... I have still a lot to improve. When I feel better or stronger I often want to take things back in my to do list and make them go as I want, but our Beloved Father knows much better than me, obviously!
Surrender and letting go seems a "main theme" in this period, to me, it comes from all sides. When things just crash you (our ego) to pieces what can you do if not surrender ??? Always is there some small or big desire who wants to be realised, so, how can we truly say in each moment: "Thy will be done"? I'm still learning, like being at school and these guidelines are really helping and lovely too.
May God shower all His divine blessings and divine love on all of you each moment.

You know how much all your postings are appreciated, and how far, like our thoughts, they reach.

I forget where it's from, but there's something about being like water instead of rock.

The barriers are in ourselves. From knowing that to removing them -- we work on it.

I did read the Ten Guidlines from God in internet, and I found them so very beautiful and helping.
I think that point 2 doesn't mean that we shouldn't do anything, to me, it means that if I put forth my earnest effort to do my best, then God will help me showering His grace on me. I couldn't do anything without God's will, not even make a single breath, so to what extend am I the doer? I try my best but the rest and the results are up to Him.

Dear Nancy, your question is not quite clear to me. The Ten Guidelines are not a Heavenletter if that was your question. About the summary....
I think God could tell us infinite things on infinite themes regarding our lives, emotions.... all the things which makes our lives and the whole creation, so the question about summary is not quite clear to me. I think God speaks to us in many many different ways. We hear and understand Him according to our level of conscioness. This is just my personal opinion, I hope I have not disturbed or offended anybody in any way. If so, pls, I beg your pardon.
