Dear Friends,
I've read much information from spiritual websites concercerning sacred sounds. Much of the information concerns chanting mantras, vowel sounds, etc. While I'm sure this works for a lot of people, it didn't do any thing for me. So I decided to comple my own list of music, and songs that I find uplifting, and I though I'd share it with you. They're in no particular order, and I add to it frequently.

and oh, I almost forgot, Roll out the barrel !

Anybody else have any suggestions for additions??
