the sentences like--

it's easy. I can not post the code directly for copy and past as the board will interprete it and will make a link out of it. But here we go:

You need to replace the { and } with <and> then you will get this:

This html tag knows a useful argument as well:

this will open the page in a new window if someone clicks on it:

Again replace { and } with <and>

and an other hint, if you are using Firefox (what you should do cause it is more secure then the Microsoft Browser) you can install the extention BBCodeXtra. This gives you a right-click context menu where you can input html and BBCode tags right in the editor window of discussion boards.

I am sure you will love this extention.
