[HeavenLetters Board HeavenlettersT Comments] RE: Gloria, pl

The criticism is noteworthy and well taken Robert.
I hope we are still good friends after that.
I see what you mean about looking to ourselves first before we throw the first stone, or pluck out the splinter in someone else's eye.  You did
indeed teach me an mportant lesson here.
Thank you, amigo.

Hi John,

Every thing that is happening in the world today is
driven by the element of "threat". We feel threatened
by terrorists as well as elements that want to take
away our position of power in the world. Islamic
fundamentalists are threatened by our secularist
consumer agenda in their politics.

I remember a relatively recent book about Toltec
spirituality, THE FOUR AGREEMENTS. One of these
agreements is to never, NEVER, take anything
personally. This is because each of us is the center
of the universe as we project reality out around us.
Anything that happens to us happens because we request
it to happen at a deep soul level. If we get our backs
up over some perceived wrong then that wrong lies
within us, and does not come from another person. We
create heavy drama, or we learn to become very loving
in our creation. There is nothing else.

Christine merely acted her part in this lesson as she
saw fit. No right or wrong. She is the author of her
own life. Gloria responded the way she responded
merely because there is something there for her in
this as well. No right or wrong. Merely life
interacting the way it does.

If someone pushes my buttons creating anger or some
other negative emotion it is not the other person's
fault. It is my fault, so to speak, that I still allow
those particular buttons to remain so sensitive. It is
my job to heal my buttons. And here is the application
of heavenletters. Love both myself and others so that
my buttons dissolve. Christ had no issues with the
Romans who crucified him. They were merely doing their
job as they saw fit, at their level of understanding.
Father forgive them for they know not what they do. I
pray that one day I might get to that level of
compassion and full heartedness.

Christine, Gloria, John, You all beautiful,

[HeavenLetters Board HeavenlettersT Comments] RE: Gloria, pl

I misunderstood.
I felt like, well.  It's over now.
No one is to blame.
It's not your fault.
I am sorry though if I sounded aggressive/arrogant.
I really am not.
If you had attacked me, for instance;
I probably would have just accepted it and suffered;
But though I was wrong, of course,
I perceived your badgering Gloria as a threat to her
and I merely defended her honor, not the least because she is my friend,
but because she has stood up for and stood by me, when I was ready for...
Well.  Long story.  I am writing a book on it myself if you are interested.
That's not the Heavenletters Book we plan to compile, but my own.  The two are different.
I have to raise money somehow to get my business going someday.
Maybe 5 years. Maybe 6.  If it doesn't make me 100 grands by then.  I'll have to give up on my concept.  That has Nothing to do with Heavenletters. It's separate completely, entirely, totally.  This is volunteer.
Anyway.  I Ramble.
Let's hear more of Your story.
Maybe we can help you, Christine.

Dear Johnny,

sorry, I don't have the agenda here. I also don't need to start my book over and I already have an editor who will edit it. My "agenda" is this: I have several people who want to read it and I want to share it (friends, aquaintances, etc.) but don't have many copies. To print it out would cost me close to $30. It merely would cost about $2 to send it via media mail. I had no idea Gloria spent several hours looking for it already.

My agenda with Gloria was to share it with her, for the insights within, and perhaps get a name of someone who could evaluate it, but since she didn't have the time to read it (I let her have it a while longer just in case) I simply wanted it returned. That is all. I suppose I also do not want my entire draft sitting in someone else's closet. (So what can you make out of that, Johnny? See anything there?)

I have already let it go; if it shows up I would be happy to receive it, so I can pass it on to others.

Thanks for your input.

Take care,

Christine Hoeflich
