the passions of the mind can trap soul in the lower worlds.. they are 1)
Lust 2) Anger 3) Greed 4) Attatchment and 5) Vanity. The Master says that
the last to go is generally Vanity for some reason.

The Virtues of the Heart are 1) Forgiveness 2)
Contentment 3) Charity 4) Discrimination (or dis-sern-ment) 5)
Unattatchment and 6) Humility.

From regular practise of love .. the heart seems to bloom while the mind
finds it's rightful place (under Soul's direction) .. Don't be too hard on
yourself though.. Be gentle.. a gentle discipline..
