Building the World

God said:

Avoid prefixes like “dis” and “un” because the words they make are not pretty. They change the positive into negative. Now consciously, will you do the reverse?

Will you just be happy instead of unhappy? Why negate happiness?

Will you not only choose joy but choose the words that perpetuate it?

Will you consider some words as sweet flowers and some as skunk cabbage?

Why hold on to the negative at all? Why hold it in your thoughts, and why spread it with your words? You seem to hold it close to your heart. Is this for fear of losing it?

There is glory in the world, yet you continue to point out the demerits rather than the merits. You must think that it is wise to do so. You must think it’s necessary. You must think that no one has noticed pain or suffering and that it is your responsibility to raise a flag to them that everyone can see lest the unpleasant be forgotten. You must think it would be a dire thing if all the things you protest about were laid fallow.

Why are you such a proponent for that which you complain about? You know there are sweet fruits on Earth, and you have tasted them, been sated with them, and yet you make sure the bitter fruits are remembered. Can it not be enough that there is goodness in life?

What would happen if you focused on the goodness? The goodness would grow. If you water the sweet fruit trees well, won’t they and the fruit they bear grow well? Why, I ask, must you nourish the bitter fruits with your thoughts?

Are you trying to prove something, but what?

I tell you: There is holiness on Earth.

You say, “But, God, there are awful things too.”

I say, “You are My holy child.”

You say, “But I have been unholy.”

Beloved, you insist on elucidating that which needs no elucidation.

If you were a grocer and ran your business the same way you run your life, when a customer came up to you and said: “I want a sweet melon,” you might run to show him a small pile of sweet ones and say, “Here are a few rare delicious ones, BUT now let me show you the tasteless ones not worth eating that cost more. These are the ones to never forget, and these are the ones you will never finish paying for.”

If you were in business to raise the consciousness of the world, how would you do it? What words would you use?

If you were a carpenter, you would choose the right tools. Words are tools. Why would you not choose the right ones to edify the world?

I would have you be silent rather than speak one word that does not raise the vibration of the world. One crushing word crushes a child. One uplifting word uplifts a child. Whatever your age, you are a child. And you are the regulators and builders of the world. In the realm of words, there will be no hammers please. No saws. No nails. Only glue. And church spires that reach to Heaven.

When you build a house, you put in it what you want. You don’t put in what you don’t want. You choose the paint colors you like. You choose the materials you like. You choose the style you like. You build the house you want.

Surely it’s not any different when it comes to building the world.
